Сравнение требований отраслевых стандартов по выполнению гибки со значениями прибавки на утонение в результате гибки в требованиях по расчетам на прочность показывает существенное расхождение в требованиях нормативных документов. На основе анализа сделан вывод о необходимости гармонизации требований по допускаемым значениям утонения стенок труб и разработки требований Регистра к допускаемым значениям овальности и величине гофр после гибки труб.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article provides comparative analysis of the requirements of classification societies, industry standards and standards of foreign shipyards for permissible technological parameters characterizing the change in the shape of the pipe at bending. Comparison of the requirements of industry standards for bending with the values of allowance for thinning as a result of bending in strength calculations shows a significant discrepancy in the requirements of regulatory documents.
